All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Laurel Falls as additional insured (Further details will be provided).
Must tour the Venue for their preferred space for review and approval.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Vendor applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.
ARRIVAL TIME & SETUP
Arrival and set up time will be coordinated through our event planner.
OTHER TERMS
Vendors Responsibilities
The vendor is responsible for payment of the space and does not include furnishings or supplies. Vendors must bring their own tables unless agreed otherwise.
Internet, Power & Other utilities -Internet access is available.
Vendors are responsible for their own connections. Extension cords used by vendors in the facility must be 12/13-gauge, Gwinnett County Fire Marshall regulations. Additionally, all cords or wires in the proximity of foot traffic must be tapped down or ramped safely using non-blemishing gaffer’s tape.
Power Source
If your equipment requires a connection to our power source, please bring a long enough extension cord as the venue will not provide you with one. We recommend at least 50’ outdoor extension cord.
Customer Payment Options
Vendors are required to prepare for both cash and credit card payment options.

FOOD VENDORS
License
Food Service Establishment License by department of health and hygiene in Gwinnett County is required to serve food at any Laurel Falls event.
Food Handling
Please make sure you use gloves when serving food.
