With the completion of 2yrs of renovation, the ten-acre property has a full outdoor basketball court and tennis, a resort-style swimming pool with outdoor surround sounds with gazebos. A clubhouse that overlooks the whole property with two full bathrooms and two his and hers full showers. The property has an outdoor kitchen with a covered pavilion. The wooded landscape has a half mile of private walking trails alongside a stream property that has two campsite cabins with park-style grills. The property’s 10,000 sq ft resort-style pool area is perfect for pool parties such as birthday pool parties, graduation pool parties, sweet sixteen pool parties, family reunion pool parties, friends get-together pool parties, wedding reception pool parties, baby showers, just about any outdoor poolside event would be perfect.
