LFSTC memberships are available to residents and non residents of neighborhood community.
The waiting list is updated regularly and you will be contacted if and when a vacancy comes available. The waiting period for applicants who apply in any given year is estimated to be approximately 5 years, but it is entirely dependent upon the number of resignations each year. Fees
Upon acceptance, new members must pay a nonrefundable initiation fee and the dues for the current year. Fees are subject to change without notice.
The nonrefundable initiation fee is $250 followed by a choice of $125 monthly or $1250 annually.
Dues for 2024 are $1250.00
Non- resident nonrefundable initiation fee is $300 followed by a choice of $150 monthly or $1500 annually.
