**before completing the below application- PLEASE READ **<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n VENDOR DETAILS <\/strong><\/p>\n Fee: $250<\/p>\n INCLUDES:<\/strong><\/p>\n Vendor Space<\/p>\n MC Announcements<\/p>\n Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Laurel Falls as additional insured (Further details will be provided).<\/p>\n Must tour the Venue for their preferred space for review and approval.<\/p>\n VENDOR GUIDELINES, review and approval from venue<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n APPLICATION DEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n Vendor applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.<\/p>\n ARRIVAL TIME & SETUP<\/strong><\/p>\n Arrival and set up time will be coordinated through our event planner.<\/p>\n OTHER TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n Vendors Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The vendor is responsible for payment of the space\u00a0and does not include furnishings or supplies. Vendors must bring their own tables unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n Internet, Power & Other utilities<\/strong> -Internet access is available.<\/p>\n Vendors are responsible for their own connections.\u00a0 Extension cords used by vendors in the facility must be 12\/13-gauge, Gwinnett County Fire Marshall regulations.\u00a0 Additionally, all cords or wires in the proximity of foot traffic must be tapped down or ramped safely using non-blemishing gaffer\u2019s tape.<\/p>\n Power Source<\/p>\n If your equipment requires a connection to our power source, please bring a long enough extension cord as the venue will not provide you with one.
